Pursuant to the effective Law, "appointment of the Head of the Department for fighting Organized Crime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Crimean Autonomous Republic; the Head of the Chief Department for fighting Corruption and Organized Crime of the Head Office of the Security Service of Ukraine in the Crimean Autonomous Republic, and the Head of the Department on Control over Observance of Laws by Special Departments and other Public Bodies in charge of fighting Organized Crime and Corruption of the Prosecutor´s Office of the Crimean Autonomous Republic is to be approved by The Verkhovna Rada of the Crimean Autonomous Republic".
The Bill (Reg. No. 2007) excludes the said regulation from the Law "On Organization and Legal Principles of fighting Organized Corruption".
